The Creative Folks Support Desk provides standard service hours between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM AEDT on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding NSW public holidays).
The following are public holidays in NSW:
The main office will close for business at 5:00 PM on Tuesday, December 24th, 2024, and reopen at 8:30 AM on Thursday, January 2nd, 2025. We will have a skeleton support team working remotely on the 27th, 30th, and 31st of December for our clients with Managed Support agreements.
