As 2024 comes to a close, we would like to thank all our customers and partners; we have enjoyed working alongside you this year. We want to inform you of our holiday closing period for December 2024 and January 2025.
The Creative Folks Support Desk provides standard service hours between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM AEDT on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding NSW public holidays).
The following are public holidays in NSW:
- Wednesday, December 25th, 2024
- Thursday, December 26th, 2024
- Wednesday, January 1st, 2025
The main office will close for business at 5:00 PM on Tuesday, December 24th, 2024, and reopen at 8:30 AM on Thursday, January 2nd, 2025. We will have a skeleton support team working remotely on the 27th, 30th, and 31st of December for our clients with Managed Support agreements.
