As 2023 comes to a close, we would like to thank all our customers and partners; we have enjoyed working alongside you this year. We want to inform you of our holiday closing period for December 2023 and January 2024.
The Creative Folks Support Desk provides standard service hours between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM AEDT on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding NSW public holidays).
The following are public holidays in NSW:
- Monday, the 25th of December, 2023
- Tuesday, the 26th of December, 2023
- Monday, the 1st of January, 2024
The main office will close for business at 5:00 PM on Friday, the 22nd of December 2023 and reopen at 8:30 AM on Tuesday, the 2nd of January 2024. We will have a skeleton support team working remotely on the 27th, 28th and 29th of December for our clients with Managed Support agreements.
